My turkey bones from my thanksgiving bird made the most delicious stock. EVER. I haven’t used it for anything yet, but my little taste of it fresh out of the crockpot before I put it in the freezer was so UNBELIEVABLY flavorful. Was it remnants of the turkey brine? Was it roasting the bones beforehand? Was it the recipe I used from the paleo mom!? Whatever it was, best stock/bone broth I’ve made to date. My house group for church is having a soup potluck in a few weeks and I think I will use it then, just have to find a fabulous turkey soup recipe worthy of such deliciousness.
